Return & Exchange Policy
At Fashionemart, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully to ensure a smooth experience.
- Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
✅ Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
✅ Tags and packaging must be intact
✅ The product must not be a sale/clearance item or non-returnable item (e.g., innerwear, socks, accessories)
✅ Return/exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Login to your account at www.fashionemart.in
- Go to My Orders and select the item you want to return or exchange
- Click “Request Return/Exchange” and follow the steps
- Our team will confirm your request and arrange a pickup (if eligible)
- Exchange Policy
- Exchange is allowed only once per product.
- You may exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability.
- If the new item is of a higher value, you will be asked to pay the difference.
- If the new item is of a lower value, the remaining balance will be added as store credit.
- Refund Policy
Once the returned item passes our quality check, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
🔁 COD Orders: Refund will be issued as store credit or transferred to your bank account (you’ll be asked to provide details).
- Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Innerwear & lingerie
- Socks
- Face masks
- Accessories
- Customized or altered items
- Final sale or clearance products
- Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
📷 Take clear photos of the product and packaging
📩 Email us at support@fashionemart.in within 48 hours of delivery
We’ll prioritize your complaint and arrange a replacement or full refund.
- Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may wait for delivery and then request a return, if eligible.
