At Fashionemart, we are committed to delivering your fashion essentials quickly, safely, and affordably. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details on how we handle your orders.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India, including metro cities, towns, and select rural areas. For any pin code-related queries, please reach out to our support team.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49 (Free on orders above ₹999)
  • Express Shipping (if available): ₹99 (1–3 day delivery in select cities)

Note: Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.

3. Delivery Timeframe

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
Estimated delivery time:

📍 Metro cities: 3–5 working days
📍 Other areas: 5–7 working days
📍 Remote areas: Up to 10 working days

⏳ During festivals, sales, or natural delays, delivery may take slightly longer. You’ll be kept informed through SMS/email updates.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also log into your account at www.fashionemart.in and go to My Orders to check the delivery status.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier companies like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Ecom Express, India Post, and others to ensure reliable service across India.

6. Missed Deliveries

If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt 2 more deliveries. If the order is still undelivered, it will be returned to us. You can contact us to have it reshipped (shipping charges may apply).

7. Delays or Issues

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions or public holidays
  • Operational/logistic issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We plan to expand globally soon—stay tuned!

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears tampered, damaged, or opened, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
